You are hereby notified that a Motion for Change of Parental Rights and Responsibilities (Custody) has been filed in Case No 2015-CV-0600 in the Washington County Juvenile Court pertaining to the minor child, Landen Cobain Boothby, DOB 07/10/2014. The father of said child is Marcus Boothby.  Said Motion was filed by Marcus Boothby.

A hearing on the motion will be held on December 16, 2021, at 1:30 p.m., at the Washington County Juvenile Court, Courthouse Annex (Third Floor), 205 Putnam Street, Marietta, Ohio, 45750.  The complainant, Marcus Boothby, is seeking temporary custody of Landen Cobain Boothby.
