Active Transportation Planning

Recreation Economy for Rural Communities (RERC) – Final Action Plan

Created by our community through Steering Committee, Community Workshops, and Beverly & Waterford Growth and Revitalization Organization.

The Recreation Economy for Rural Communities planning assistance program helps communities identify strategies to grow their outdoor recreation economy and revitalize their Main Streets.

Local partners collaborate on an Active Transportation Plan, including the Village of Beverly, Fort Frye Wellness Committee, Muskingum Valley Beverly Waterford Chamber of Commerce, Washington County Creating Healthy Communities, and Buckeye Hills Regional Council. We have worked to identify this proposed draft bicycle and pedestrian improvement network through community input!
